Enjoy Waterbrook's winemaking tradition with this dealcoholized Chardonnay that presents fragrant aromas of fresh tree fruit, notes of Golden Delicious apple and local honey, finishing with hints of oak and vanilla. 

Fresh strawberry, cherry, and plum aromatics layer with flavors of strawberry, cranberry, pomegranate, and blackberry, finishing crisply. Enjoy this sparkler with pizza, pasta with mussels, fried chicken, even buttered popcorn.

Aromas of black currant and allspice waft from the glass while on the palate the wine expresses flavors of black cherry, red pears and a hint of minerality.

This Malbec has aromas of blooming bramble vines that lead to flavors of ripe wild blackberries and black pepper.  This is a medium bodied wine with soft and round tannins.  The wine finishes with berry pie, spice rack and cedar flavors.

Very aromatic with rose blossom and black cherry on the nose. with flavors of blackberry and black plum, the wine finishes with dark chocolate and hint of smoke. This wine is full-bodied with plenty of tannins. Big tannins call for big flavors.

This is a fruit bomb with cherry pie and blueberry aromas.  Medium-bodied with bright acid, this wine has flavors of fruit leather and huckleberry reduction. This Mélange has dry tannins and finishes with coconut and oaky flavors.

Aromas of pink grapefruit and wet stone lead to flavors of apricot and melon. This is a bone-dry bright wine that leaves a lasting minerality and citrus finish. This light rosé pair well with salads, brochette, raw vegetables, or even to just enjoy on a nice day of working in the garden.

Aromas of seared meat and dark chocolate lead to flavors of blueberry, anise and pomegranate. This full bodied with bright acid, but easy to drink and opening up beautifully a few minutes after the cork is out of the bottle. It finishes with mixed berry pie and slightly sweet toasted oak.

Aromatics of pear blossom and honey lead to flavors of yellow apple, bartlet pear and white pepper. This wine is pretty vicious and leaves lingering flavors of vanilla bean, poached pears with a hint of toasted oak.

Aromas of toasted oak and violets lead to flavors of black plum and fruit compote. This wine has medium to heavy bodied tannins and silky, smooth mouth feel. The wine has a long lingering flavor of cassis and black cherry with a hint of sweet alcohol. Merlot in general is a great foodie wine. Pair this with any red meat, hard cheeses, foods made with reduction sauces and from personal experience, venison jerky.

Aromas of gooseberry and kiwi, with flavors of pear and yellow apple this wine is fun and ready to drink. Will be best if slightly chilled to balance the acid with all the fruit bursting from this Pinot Gris.  Because of the bright and clean acid this wine will pair well with olives, cured meats like salami, salty crackers and or nuts and will be great with poultry and pork (lean meats).

Floral and bramble vine blooms aromatics that lead to flavors of blackberry and huckleberry. Round and integrated tannins give a quick zip of flavor at the finish of mixed berry pie, red cherries and a hint of mint.

The tannins are textured and leave a finish of black coffee and dark chocolate that makes your mouth water. Pair this rich wine with roasted lamb and a hearty tomato sauce.

Bright and refreshing, this Pinot Grigio delights with crisp citrus notes, hints of green apple, and a clean vibrant finish. 

Aromas of black plum and cherry blossom lead to flavors of Vann cherry, toasted oak, and huckleberry. This is a medium bodied wine that has great acid to keep it bright and will age incredibly well.

Very aromatic with cherry blossom and red raspberry forward flavors. Bright fruit flavors in the lighter style wine with bright acid, cherry, and Santa Rosa plum flavors.

Super aromatic and floral aromas of peach blossom and honeysuckle that lead to peppery flavors of stone fruit, especially apricot. This is a light and enjoyable Viognier tat finishes again with apricot and white nectarine.
