Our Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of herbs, grapefruit, green apple, and gooseberry that lead to a palate bursting with grapefruit, peach, and gooseberry notes. Lively acidity gives way to a lingering, refreshing finish. Bright, fruity, and balanced. This wine pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes such as seafood, ceviche, green salads, and asparagus.
