Aromas of gooseberry and kiwi, with flavors of pear and yellow apple this wine is fun and ready to drink. Will be best if slightly chilled to balance the acid with all the fruit bursting from this Pinot Gris. Because of the bright and clean acid this wine will pair well with olives, cured meats like salami, salty crackers and or nuts and will be great with poultry and pork (lean meats).- Vintage: 2019
